What we hold

Email and a hashed password if you register. The ads you write, including phone numbers and website addresses you put in them. Photos you upload. Reports you send us. Server logs (IP, browser, time) so we can run the site and deal with abuse.

Why

To run your account and show ads (contract). To keep the site safe and take down illegal content (legitimate interests, and a legal duty where that applies). Cookies as set out in the cookie policy.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you log in, an age-gate cookie, a favourites cookie, and a language cookie on countries that have more than one language. See the cookie policy.

Who we give it to

We do not sell your ads or your email list. The site runs on our server. Cloudflare sits in front, so they see requests the way a CDN does. We may hand data over if the law requires it.

How long

Your account and live ads stay until you delete them or we close the account. Taken-down ads may sit in backups for a short time. Logs are rotated.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account. Email info@escortclosetome.com. You can also complain to the ICO in the UK, or to your local data authority.

Where it is stored

The server is in the EU. Cloudflare may handle requests in other countries as part of running the CDN.
